A small business needs a website that loads quickly, looks right when the link is shared on WhatsApp and never needs patching. Adamant Tech builds static websites on its own generator and hosts them on Cloudflare: no database, no plugin and no administrator login, so there is far less to attack and far less to maintain. For sole traders, home businesses, clubs and small firms. The VTES rebuild shows the result with numbers.

Simple Website Template: R2,000 per year
The Simple Website Template is a template-based static site on a one-year subscription, not a build fee. It covers:
- A few pages built from a fixed template and the client’s own content, with the page set agreed at the start
- Hosting and DNS
- The domain and its renewal
- An SSL certificate
- Page titles, descriptions and link previews that work when the address is pasted into WhatsApp
- One content update per year; further updates at the hourly rate on the Contact page
What the template does not do: no online shop, no database, no client login, no design changes beyond the template, and no new pages beyond the agreed set without a quote. The client owns the content. If the subscription lapses, the site is taken down and the content is handed over as plain files on request.
Custom websites: quoted
Larger or more specific sites are scoped to the requirements and priced after a short conversation. Custom builds use the same generator and can include structured data for opening hours, services and events, styling agreed with the client and a security review of the build and hosting.
How it runs
Content and domain are agreed, then the site is built, reviewed with the client, and launched. Renewal and the annual content update follow each year.
Not included
Content writing, photography, online shops, anything needing a database and large content-managed sites are different products or quoted separately. There is no uptime guarantee.
Why is it a year and not a month?
A static site costs very little to run. There is no server doing work between visits, no database and no software stack to keep patched. The honest price of that is annual.
What happens if the subscription lapses?
The site is taken down at the end of the paid year. The client keeps their content, delivered as plain files on request.
Can the site be edited by the client?
There is no admin panel, which is why there is nothing to break into. Changes are sent to Adamant Tech. One content update per year is included and further updates are charged at the hourly rate.
Who owns what?
The client owns their content and copy. Adamant Tech owns the generator and templates that build the site and does not license them. The full split is in the terms.
