Staff are already using AI tools, with or without a policy, and leadership wants the benefits without the exposure. Adamant Tech helps executive teams and businesses adopt AI deliberately: a clear view of what is in use, where the risks are, and a plan. Advice is kept separate from implementation, so recommendations stay independent, and training is built around the client’s own tools, policies and industry.
Consulting
- GenAI Readiness & Security Review. Two weeks. Readiness assessment, security and exposure review, inventory of AI tools in use, review of vendor claims, a findings report and an executive walkthrough.
- Adoption Roadmap Sprint. One week. A prioritised use-case map, build, buy or defer recommendations, a guardrail plan, and 90-day and 12-month plans.
- Fractional AI & Security Advisor. A monthly retainer of advisory hours. Implementation is quoted separately.
- For smaller businesses. An inventory of the tools in use, a one-page safe-use policy, a short plan with two or three practical use cases and a staff briefing, at a fixed fee quoted at scoping.
Training
- Executive session, half a day
- Practitioner workshop, one day
- Multi-day rollout series with a usage policy
Content is tailored to the client’s tools, policies and industry, and materials are supplied. Training is priced per session, not per head.
How it runs
A short scoping call, then a fixed-scope piece of work with a written output and a walkthrough. Engagements are quoted per engagement and delivered remotely, including for international teams.
Not included
Implementation or build work, tool subscriptions, accredited qualifications, legal advice, and any guarantee about the accuracy of AI output. Security-awareness and Microsoft 365 training sit under Cybersecurity & POPIA and Microsoft 365.
