Fractional CTO
Senior technology and security leadership, part-time.
A growing business reaches a point where technology decisions matter but a full-time CTO does not yet make sense. A fractional CTO is accountable for technology direction, budget, vendors and risk, part-time, for businesses of roughly 20 to 100 staff and for larger organisations. The engagement starts at one day a month (8 hours), split across the month as needed. More hours are agreed on request, and the price is agreed after discussing the hours needed.

How it runs
A first conversation sets priorities and hours. Time is scheduled monthly, with a written summary of decisions and actions after each session.
