Equipment is ordered against a confirmed quote, and no stock is held.

Equipment is supplied at cost plus a stated margin, and set-up is charged separately. Set-up is included in the managed plan where the client is on one.
How it runs
Needs are agreed in writing, then a quote lists equipment and set-up separately. After approval the order is placed, delivered and configured, and a hand-over note is provided.
Not included
Extended manufacturer warranties, data recovery from failed drives, same-day supply, volume procurement and logistics, and software licences unless quoted.
